Transitioning to Barton Associates, Jared held key positions such as Director of Sales and Recruiting for Primary Care/Dentistry/MedSurg Division and Team Manager of Sales and Recruiting for Primary Care Division. In these roles, he managed large teams, conducted monthly reviews, delivered training materials, and played a pivotal role in exceeding multi-million-dollar budgets. Notably, he relocated to Tempe, Arizona, opening and expanding a new office. His impact further magnified as the Manager of Sales and Recruiting at Barton Associates from 2011 to 2015.
